BestDealer is not syncing the order status from AliExpress in real-time, but every new order from Shopify will be shown in a few minutes.

Syncing time

Please note that Bestdealer will sync every 4 hours from AliExpress for the tracking number or order status.

This means that after you made a payment, or canceled the order, it can take up to 4h for your orders to sync to BestDealer as Paid or Canceled.
