In some cases, you may want to fill part of the order yourself, not with Bestdealer.
There are two ways to process part of the order.
1. Manually Fulfill Part of an Order
First, you need to click "Mark as Shipped" on the order you want to manually fulfill.
A window will appear for you to revise the part of the order you want to manually fulfill.
Click the items that you don't need to fulfill and "Mark as Shipped"
The other part of the order will still be waiting to be placed! You can place it to AliExpress / Topdser supplier normally as you would with any other order.
The other part of the order will be moved to the Shipped tab and you don't need to care about it anymore!
2. Remove the unwanted item on Shopify
If you don't want to fulfill the items for some reasons, just go to your Shopify and cancel the items.
Click "edit" on order
Click " remove item" and "update order"
Then the order will sync again to Bestdealer and items will be updated.
