Bestdealer is not syncing the order status from AliExpress in real-time, but every new order from Shopify will be shown in a few minutes.
Syncing time
Please note that Topdser will sync every 4 hours from AliExpress for the tracking number or order status.
This means that after you made a payment, or canceled the order, it can take up to 4h for your orders to sync to Bestdealer as Paid or Canceled.
If you want to speed up the syncing, you can also manually synchronize AliExpress order status with Bestdealer
