Bestdealer will auto fulfill and sync order with Shopify once you place and pay the order on AliExpress, you don’t need to do anything else!

​Bestdealer Order Fulfillment

Once you pay the order of AliExpress or Bestdealer sourcing, the order status will move from “awaiting payment” tab to “in process” tab.

After supplier ships out your orders and generate the tracking number, it will sync to Bestdealer and the order will move to shipped tab.

Then the Tracking Number will be synced automatically to Shopify and order will change to fulfilled status.

Note: It may take up to 4h for Bestdealer to sync the order status from AliExpress, but you can manually sync to speed this up.

​Shopify Fulfillment Notification Email

If you activate the Setting - Tracking feature, Bestdealer will automatically trigger the Shopify Shipping Confirmation email when the tracking number is synced from Bestdealer to Shopify. You can learn more about this feature here.
